Wireless Projection from a Mac

Most of KVCC’s Epson projectors support projecting wirelessly from Windows and Mac computers. On Windows simply press Windows Key + K then select the name of the room you’re in. On MacOS computers you’ll need to use the Epson iProjection App:

Installing Epson iProjection App

  1. Download the program from https://epson.com/support/wireless-projector-support

  2. Open the downloaded file

  3. Double-click on iProjectionInstaller.pkg

  4. Click Allow if prompted

  5. Follow the instructions in the install Wizard, agreeing to the terms and accepting the default settings

  6. Reboot your Mac

  7. Launch the newly installed Epson iProjection App

  8. Click Agree and Allow on the pop-ups that show up after the first time opening the program

  9. When prompted for a Connection Mode, select “Quick Connection Mode” and check the box at the bottom of the dialog to save your preference.

Using the Epson iProjection App

  1. Launch the Epson iProjection App

  2. If prompted to access devices on the network, click Allow

  3. Turn on the projector

  4. Select the projector’s checkbox from the list

  5. Click Connect

  6. If prompted, click on Open System Settings

  7. Toggle the switch next to Epson iProjection and provide your password when prompted

  8. When done, click on the Leave button and power off the projector
